Ticket Brokers and Thugs in Pulogadung Terminal Netted

They were netted due to not wearing uniform and only showing the identity of Autobus Company

As many as 11 ticket brokers and 12 thugs in Pulogadung Terminal, East Jakarta, netted by joint officer, Thursday (7/9). 

There had been chasing action between officers and thugs thus it seizes attention of the terminal visitors. Before raid, those thugs who commonly have tattoos were busking on some buses. Police immediately arrested and gathered them in a police post and then brought to Bina Insan 2 Ceger Social House, Cipayung, for being coached.

The officers also targeted to some ticket counters and arrested 11 brokers while offering tickets to homecomers. But some of them try to rebel and claimed as a staff of Autobus Company (PO). Even they showed their ID Card. Due to their act is suspicious and not wearing uniform, they then herded to Police Post gathered with thugs secured before. 

Chief of Pulogadung Sector Police, Sr. Comr. Muhammad Nasir said the Cipta Kondisi Operation conducted as there are many complaint from local people. Moreover, homecoming period has been started this time, thus terminal should be sterilized from thugs and brokers.

"They were netted due to not wearing uniform and only showing the identity of Autobus Company. However we don't just trust them like that," he expressed.
